Here's a project I did for a fire department that needed help analyzing their response times.  They had a multi-million dollar application that couldn't generate a report they needed to gauge their level of response. I created a way to export some data, without changing any of the data in the program, and put it on a screen where it can be viewed and sorted and print meaningful reports.
